The investment consists of three buildings, designated A, B, and C. It was initially planned in three phases, with each building to be constructed independently.
Subsequently, it was decided that buildings A and C would be constructed simultaneously, with building B to follow later.
Our team is involved in the design of buildings A and C, totaling approximately 380 apartments and 400 parking spaces, mainly organized at underground levels.
The residential complex includes all types of apartments: studios, 2-, 3-, and 4-room apartments, and penthouses. One of the unique features of the project is the duplex apartments.
