I started at Popp & Asociații in the summer of 2011, knowing at that time the high level of professionalism recognized on the market for the design of structures for constructions. We found here a pleasant, dynamic environment, which favors professional development together with a very well prepared technical team.
I can say that the professional path at Popp & Asociații is a successful one, sprinkled with technical and organizational challenges. I started as a structural engineer, then gradually, with the experience of coordinating the projects and the team I was part of, I took the step forward, naturally, to the position of Project Manger and finally to the position of Senior Project Manager.
I consider that the profession of structural design engineer is completely special, having the advantages of a profession that offers great satisfaction through the materialization of works, but which also bears a responsibility. These two important aspects guide the career path of a structural engineer and motivate him to succeed. I chose this profession because it is a challenge and last but not least I think there is a great potential for development in this field in the future.
The main satisfaction of every design engineer is generated by his professional pride which is fueled by the works he performs. Good organization, personal perseverance, extensive collective technical knowledge along with efficient teamwork allow the realization of high technical work, in terms often against the clock.
