The architectural solution proposes a simple main volume, a rectangular prism, with a surrounding low planted and encircled slope. This slope is intended to conceal outdoor equipment serving the production functions and integration with nature.
Strength structure: monolithic reinforced concrete elements; the roof will have a metal structure consisting of arched main beams and secondary beams between the main beams.
The building will be powered by unconventional energy sources and will have high energy efficiency and low carbon footprint.
