Structural Resistance Design
We designed the resistance structure (PS, DTAC, DE phases) for this construction from the northern part of Bucharest and whose destination will be that of a residential ensemble, with office and/ or commercial spaces on the ground floor and underground parking lots.
The superstructure has two identical buildings with a rectangular shape; the basements are common to both buildings and have an approximately rectangular shape, one the basement having some areas with withdrawals.
The documentation for the support works of the deep excavation was made by our geotechnical department.
