The set of blocks of flats consists of a general basement and three superstructure bodies. Structural system: Vertical elements: 30 cm reinforced concrete walls, reinforced concrete columns with cross-sections of 30x30 cm, 40x55 cm, 40x70 cm and 45x45 cm. Horizontal elements: 16 cm thick reinforced concrete slab having predominantly unidirectional discharge and beams of 30x30 cm, 30x40 cm and 30x50 cm. The infrastructure is a general basement having a slab foundation. Having to maintain the facade of the old building from Constantin Bosianu street, to ensure its stability and integration into the structure of the new residential complex, we took measures which increased its resistance structure.
