The basement of the building extends in addition to the superstructure, reaching an area of approx. 460 sqm. A peculiarity in the design of this structure was the need to preserve the facade of one of the bodies, together with a basement room. The structural system chosen for this building is one with reinforced concrete walls and reinforced concrete perimeter frames, as well as metal frames.
