Mixed structure of reinforced concrete and metal. The weak foundation terrain, characteristic of the Danube meadow, did not allow a direct foundation but through vibro-pressed piles. In particular, a self-reinforced concrete plan suspended by tie rods of a metal structure was provided. The tensioning of the metal structure and the lifting of the floor was done by means of threaded systems.
