Services provided: Construction Management (Project Management, site management) Sanador Hospital located in 5 Sevastopol Street, is the largest center specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in the Romanian private medical system (in terms of the complexity of medical services), was inaugurated in October 2018 and consists of a modern 2B+GF+6F construction, which guards a heritage house built over 120 years ago. The heritage building was built in 1895 according to the plans of the famous architect Richard Kraft and was inspired by Viennese palaces specific to those times, with flattened arched windows, iron metal railings and Renaissance columns. The renovation was done by preserving the original shape of the house: the architectural and ornamental details were preserved, the facade was restored and painted white, and the interior was renovated with great care. Restoration of the ceiling paintings, terracotta stoves, light and herringbone parquet were preserved and restored to restore as much of the specifics of the building. Antique furniture, chandeliers and light solid wood define the classic decor of the house.
