The investigated object is calculated for two constructions with height regime 2S + P + 11E + Et, generic name “Building 1”, respectively “Building 2”. The structures of the two buildings are independent, being separated by the seismic face in the superstructure and in the infrastructure. The editing of the ensemble is carried out in terms of conditions and phase: Phase 0 – Infrastructure of both buildings; Phase 1 – superstructure of building 1; Phase 2 – building superstructure 2.
Office spaces on current floors are designed and equipped in a way that should provide maximum flexibility of operation. Therefore, offices are like open spaces. The circulation is vertical in the superstructure is ensured by the main lift and the service lift (fire lift), as well as an internal escape ladder and two external escape stairs (with metal structure).
The construction of the infrastructure includes a general screed 160 cm thick for the area related to the superstructure and 100 cm for the area related to infrastructures exclusively. .

The superstructure contains a vertical structural system with reinforced concrete walls to take over the seismic forces and reinforced concrete pillars, with an exclusive role in the transmission of gravitational loads.
At the same time, a console area with a maximum length of approximately 7m was made, starting with the floor above the 4th floor, made of post-tensioned reinforced concrete. The post-tensioned floors were made using a technological platform made of towers with a maximum height of 20m.
The horizontal structural system includes strips and capitals 30 cm thick (current level) / 40 cm thick (terrace) and reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 18 cm (current level) / 20 cm thick (terrace).
The project also involved the construction of secondary structures, namely a canopy developed on approximately 950 sqm on the ground floor, made of lattice beams with a size of 700mm and a metal structure to support the elevated facade and support climbers utilities, at the level of the technical floor, on the perimeter of the construction.
