The future function of the building will be that of a museum, thus involving the movement of a larger number of people who will generate vibrations as well as additional loads on top of the existing ones. Thus, the floor proposed to be built above the ground floor will be made of reinforced concrete, thus also ensuring the role of a rigid washer, this solution being more suitable for the creation of the openings indicated by the architectural theme. The floor above the first floor, given that the attic is not accessible, will remain in its existing structural form, with wooden or metal beams, for which the degraded elements and layers will be replaced.
The floors on the ground floor and basement will be rebuilt in reinforced concrete. As for the masonry walls, it is proposed to reinforce them along the entire height of the house.
Repair work will be carried out by injection for cracked walls, complete restoration of the roof structure and covering, complete restoration of the floor above the first floor, as well as restoration of the skylight.
