The residential complex is modern and is part of the first mixed-use project in the eastern part of the capital, developed on an area of 14 hectares and including all types of apartments: studios, 2-, 3-, and 4-room apartments.
The project involves the design of load-bearing structures for phases L2 and L3, each consisting of three buildings intended for collective housing, with underground parking and exterior landscaping. The buildings are developed as distinct volumes, separated by seismic joints at the superstructure level and built on common infrastructures, in a unified design adapted to the requirements of a large residential complex.
