In Charles de Gaulle Square in Bucharest, an office building is being built, with a height of 5 basements, ground floor and 17 floors. Currently the structure is completed in a proportion of 95%, and the finishing part of the arrangement is in full swing. In issue 1/2003 of the AICPS Bulletin, the same authors published the article “Office building with Top-Down technology”. This article proposes a broader description of the project, based on the experience gained during the construction of the structure.
