Our team contributed to two important investments for Brașov’s tourism infrastructure: the modernization of the lower station of the Tâmpa cable car and the redevelopment of the Panoramic Restaurant.
The fact that these symbols can once again be used safely is the result of the efficient collaboration between the technical teams and contractors.
As part of the project, our team provided:
– detailed technical expertise for the two buildings, carried out by a certified A1/A2 technical expert;
– complete architectural survey, obtained through 3D laser scanning;
– a technical report based on surveys and tests of construction materials;
– a structural intervention project, with reinforcement solutions compatible with the specific characteristics of the existing buildings and with long-term durability requirements.
