We cover all the stages you need:

Architectural concept

• ✅ defining aesthetics, volumetry, functionality and relationship with the environment;
• ✅ proposing design options according to the client’s requirements and respecting urban planning regulations;

Preliminary studies and approvals

• 🔸obtaining the Urban Planning Certificate and other necessary approvals and agreements (e.g. environmental, ISU, utility networks, historical monuments protection etc.);
• 🔸geotechnical studies and topographic surveys;
• 🔸 technical surveys for structural assessment of the building (in the case of existing constructions)
• 🔸 analysis of building materials (for existing buildings, in particular for historical monuments)
• 🔸 approval from the Ministry of Culture or other competent authorities (in case of historical monuments).

Project for obtaining the Building Authorization (DTAC phase) – includes the necessary documentation (plans, sections, facades, functional schemes) for obtaining the Building Authorization.

Technical Execution Project (PTE)

• ✅ detailing of all construction elements;
• ✅ 3D BIM models for execution and 2D plans (if required);
• ✅ in case of existing buildings, information modeling of the initial condition is essential to have an accurate working basis.

Technical assistance during implementation
