The development involves the construction of a complex of approximately 99,000 square meters comprising three office buildings. The project was divided into two distinct phases: 1A and 1B. Phase 1A involved the construction of two buildings (Tower and Screen), with a built area of approximately 37,000sqm for superstructure and 22,500sqm for infrastructure. Phase 1B involved the construction of the third office building (building H) with approximately 25,300 sqm for superstructure and 13,800 sqm for infrastructure.
The complex consists of two basements, one level Plaza, Ground Floor, Mezzanine and 10 and 7 floors respectively. The project addressed state-of-the-art technological and design solutions for our country, including an enclosure made of a diaphragm wall with a thickness of 60 cm supported by a row of anchors in the ground, the construction of the screed and infrastructure with a jump equal to 1/2 of floor height, preparation of advanced calculation analyzes, adoption of emerging products on the construction market in Romania, such as mechanical devices to ensure the continuity of the reinforcements that have been tested cyclically.
Office spaces have been designed in a distinct way, with an emphasis on green solutions and the energy efficiency of buildings. The ensemble is green (sustainable), having the BREEAM Excellent Design Stage certification, designed with a special inclination towards efficient solutions.

The project involved a comprehensive approach to geotechnical works for works to support a deep excavation. Permanent monitoring of the work and involvement in all stages of its implementation, starting from geotechnical investigations and ending with monitoring during and post-execution ensures primarily the achievement of the desired performance parameters on the feasibility of solutions, quality, costs, safety and timing. achievement.
In the present case, this approach has primarily allowed the use in design of advanced computational models that have led to economical but at the same time reliable solutions, control of the design of elements difficult to model such as field anchorages based on preliminary tests, intervention fast in terms of execution based on monitoring.
The project addressed state-of-the-art technological and design solutions for our country where advanced computational analyzes were performed. Mechanical reinforcement coupling devices have made execution easier and reduced the risk of handling large reinforcements, while eliminating welded joints for reinforcements with diameters larger than 25mm.
