This article presents the compliance features of the design of the Steaua football and rugby stadium (approximately 31,000 seats). The beneficiaries of the investment are the National Investment Company CNI – S.A. during the investment and the Ministry of National Defense, after the investment. In 2019, the company Popp & Asociații S.R.L. realized the resistance project.
