We collaborate with the Municipal Administration for the Consolidation of Buildings with Seismic Risk for the assessment and expertise of buildings in Bucharest with high seismic risk. Hundreds of properties have not been evaluated recently, some of which are historical monument buildings. The expertise process is carried out to consolidate and rehabilitate.
Within this large project, we offer integrated services: technical expertise, testing of construction materials, geotechnical study, and BIM services, namely the generation of the BIM model of the building. In the 20 years of the company’s existence, we have been attentive to the needs of our customers and gradually added new services to the core activity of structural design, which now allows us to tackle complex projects such as the expertise of buildings with seismic risk in Bucharest.
In addition, we have the largest team in Romania of certified technical experts and verifiers: 9 A1 technical verifiers and 5 A2 technical verifiers, 1 Af verifier and 1 Ag verifier, 6 A1 technical experts and 5 A2 technical experts, 2 technical experts for monuments historical.
