Between September 4-9, 2022, our colleagues participated in the 3rd European Conference of Seismic Engineering and Seismology (3ECEES), organized in Bucharest by the Romanian Seismic Engineering Association, with the support of the Technical University of Construction Bucharest (UTCB) and National Institute for Earth Physics (INFP). This edition of the 3ECEES Conference is a joint scientific event of the 17th European Conference on Earthquake Engineering and the 38th General Assembly of the European Commission on Seismology.
The conference offers specialists the opportunity to share news and debate important topics of global interest in seismic engineering.
Our colleague, Ionel Badea, Design Director, represented the team and gave a presentation on the solutions applied in the design of the Steaua Stadium, explaining which options were considered and the chosen option in the end for the structural system to withstand the seismic action.
