I joined the Popp & Asociații team in 2008 without proposing a path in the field of human resources. That’s when I took the first step towards the profession that would “take over” me completely. At Popp I had the chance to learn, I was encouraged and helped to develop, to perfect myself in what I discovered to be a fascinatingly vast field. In other words, I grew up with the company.
In 2018, the company started an extensive process of reorganization, development and organizational and strategic consolidation. There followed 2 years in which our entire activity was rethought and resettled, during which time, together with my colleagues, I successfully completed two major projects: the design of all positions within the company and the reformation of the organizational climate.
With new objectives, the HR Department faced many challenges posed by this change in structure, new roles and redistribution of responsibilities.
We are now planning strategies in which the engagement of our staff’s potential is of particular importance. We are concerned with the way in which the new colleagues integrate within the design teams and we build the premises for a more complete adaptation to the company’s procedures and work environment.
We emphasize on cultivating commitment and loyalty, on attracting and retaining employees through dedicated programs, both by motivating and supporting their long-term development, and by training future specialists in the field, through programs dedicated to students, internship programs, sharing , by supporting participation in national and international competitions. We thus connect ideas and teams and understand the role and importance of projects organized by the HR Department that come to support the company’s vision and mission.
This way I have the opportunity to work with truly extraordinary people, passionate about their profession and I am glad that I can also contribute to the success of the Popp team.
