The future shopping mall will have 3 buildings: T1 (commercial spaces and offices), T2 and T3 (commercial spaces).
When we took over this project (DE phase), the reinforced concrete resistance structure, the façade and part of the interior partition walls of the buildings T2 and T3 were executed.
We realized the technical documentation for the continuation of the works with theme modification.
The superstructure has a regular, rectangular shape, the two buildings having many similarities regarding the structure composition. The differences between the two bodies consist in the built area and the size of an opening.
The structural system of the buildings is made entirely of reinforced concrete (prefabricated and monolith).
