UTI Grup SAThe metal roof consists of IPE600 main beams, IPE400 panels and a horizontal bracing system consisting of rectangular pipes. An apparent cantilever of approximately 12.00 m is placed on the façade area, the top of which rests on a series of arches that transmit the load to a system of isolated foundations.
The secondary structure has a structural system consisting of reinforced concrete frames made of 60×60 cm columns and 40×80 cm beams, with a 15 cm reinforced concrete slab. The seismic forces are taken over by the reinforced concrete frames in the longitudinal direction, and in the transverse direction by a system of “X” bracing arranged on the end frames which are formed by 60×60 cm rigid reinforced concrete pillars and metal beams.
The infrastructure consists of the horizontal and vertical resistance structure of the basement and the foundation system. In the area of the main structure, the structural frame of the infrastructure consists of the floor above the basement made of post-tensioned slab solution with thicknesses between 25 ÷ 30 cm resting on contour walls of 30 cm and reinforced concrete columns of 60×80 cm. For the areas with very large openings (14.40 m), additional rows of reinforced concrete pillars of 60×60 cm have been introduced, which develop only on the height of the basement. The building will be founded directly by a general eraser. The reinforced concrete screed will be made at a height of -4.28 m compared to the height of ± 0.00 and will have a thickness of 60 cm. Considering the location of the construction on the ground, as well as the foundation depth, the excavation will be carried out in the excavated solution sloping on all sides, with a slope of 2: 3. Locally, for the elevator basement areas, and in the area of the ALA escape tunnel and areas adjacent to the control point building, a vertical excavation supported by metal sheet piles will be made.
